Arrest in a ligitation
The "Pisti" has been arrested as per orders of the local High Court in a litigation, on Nov 26 ,2018. The vessel had arrived at Chittagong port on Nov 20. The bulkcarrier has been released and was scheduled to sail, on Dec 2, subject to all conditions remaining favourable. It was reported that the vessel was arrested, due to cargo shortage in its last voyage, which has been settled now.
