Concerns after COVID 19 case on tanker

On July 10, 2020, a crew member of the "San San H" has been positive tested for COVID19 despite having been on board the vessel for 60 days. The ship was destined to Campana after being in the region tied to the José de San Martín and Vuelta de Obligado power generation terminals in the town of Timbúes. The ship left Timbúes on July 7 after spending four days unloading fuel with maneuvers involving the pilots of the area, suitable personnel for mooring and navigating the ship in the Paraná waterway. On July 10 the Cooperativa Practicaje del Río Paraná (COPRAC) reported crew of the boat that assisted the pilots of the "San San H" during the transit from San Lorenzo to Campana were isolated.

11 crew members tested positive for coronavirus

The 'San San H' has been stranded in Campana since July 8, 2020, after one crew member has been tested positive for COVID 19. All 24 crew members were tested, and 11 were found positive and transferred to a hospital. Those tested negative were to be taken to a hotel for a 14-day quarantine. The tanker was to undergo a disinfection andto be manned with a new crew.
