Medevac off Gijón
On Oct 21, 2022, the Radiomedical Center requested the medical evacuation of a crew member of the 'Clipper Selo' who had suffered a blow to head and back when the ship was 47 nautical miles northeast of Gijón. The CCS Gijón mobilized the SAR-helicopter Helimer 215, which took him to El Musel, where an ambulance picked him up and transferred the patient to the Jove hospital.
