Ran aground off Lobam island, Singapore
Ferry Sindo 31 ran aground on Dec 5 at around 20:00 LT en route from Singapore to Tanjong Pinang off Lobam island, with 97 passengers on board. Passengers were transferred to two small local ferries and taken to Tanjung Uban, where they boarded a standby vessel , MV Penguin 7, and arrived at Tanjong Pinang near midnight. Sindo 31 was refloated and docked at Tanjong Uban, no damages reported. Maritime Bulletin http://www.odin.tc
