SPARTA
The "Scan Brasil" which is currently under arrest in Durban Harbour will be sold by means of a judicial public auction. The auction will take place on December 9, 2010 at 11:00 under a notice given by the Natal High Court, Durban. Admiralty Shipbrokers & Consultants ("Admiralty Shipsales"), has been appointed by the Natal High Court, together with A.R. Brink & Associates, to conduct the auction at Edward Nathan Sonnenberg's, 1 Richefond Place, Ridgeside Office Park, Umhlanga, Durban. The vessel will be sold free of encumbrances and liens by operation of law and subject to the conditions of sale. Scanscot Shipping filed for insolvency late last month.
