Engine shutdown due to technical problems
The ferry service Festøy-Solavågen between Ørsta and Sula was cancelled in the morning of Sep 4, 2015, because of an engine shutdown of the "Storfjord". The "Hjørundfjord" was operating alone until further notice. The ferry lost lube oil pressure on one of the machines. A technician was called for repairs.
