Boat of Far Symphony refloated grounded yacht
The "Far Symphony" was involved in the rescue Operation for a sailboat with three people on board in the night of OCt 2, 2013 in the Saltebight at Refsnes. The yacht had run aground at 10.20 p.m. A Sea King rescue helicopter was alerted and searched along the coast. After the boat was tracked, two people were hoisted into the helicopter. The third was left on board to sail the boat. The lifeboat sent the "Ryfylke", and the "Far Symphony" sent a man-overboard boat to pull the casualty off the ground. On Oct 2 at 6:10 the sailing boat was towed to Tananger by the lifeboat "Bergen Kreds".
