Tug suffered restricted manoeverability due to dirty cooler
The "Bauge" had to clean its dirty cooler and reported restricted manoeuvrability in pos. 50 26 N 03 23 W on March 12, 2018. The cleaning operation was expected to take 8-10 hours. The ship continued the voyage from Vigo to its destination Kalundbord while the crew of five managed to rectify the problem without stopping, towing the barge "Henry P Larden". Initially the tug intended to anchor in Lyme Bay to conduct cleaning to the cooler. However, due to bad weather they decided to keep sailing.
