Fire caused by short circuit
In the evening of June 10, 2015, a fire broke out aboard the "Airset" in Delfzijl. The ship first had to berth before the alerted fire rescue could start tackling the flames 15 minutes later. The fire in the engine room was caused by a short circuit in a battery. The amount of damage had yet to be assessed.
