Vessel blocked by ITF in Halmstad
The "Obahan C" was been blocked by the International Transport Workers' Federation on Mar 8, 2012. Work was stopped in Halmstad in the afternoon. The Turkish crew is not covered by any collective agreement means that they do not have insurance or salaries guarantees. The vessel may not be unloaded or loaded with scrap metal. It arrived in Halmstad on Mar 7, coming from Lisboa, and was bound for Turkey today or tomorrow, Saturday.
