Survey ship sank in Vejle Fjord
In the evening of Jan 24, 2015, the "Sara Maatje XVI" sank in the Vejle Fjord while it was employed for a survey work of Danish geologists who stayed at the hotel Comwell Kellers Park at that time. The "Sara Maatje XVI" was conducting investigations of bottom conditions at Holster Hage and foundered in Brejning Harbour due to yet unknown reasons. The Skadeservice worked at noon to drain the water and lifted the vessel out of the water with a crane.
