Injection pump damage

The 'Laga', enroute from Antwerp to Leixoes with eight crew members on board, needed to change an injection pump off Dungeness in pos. 50 51 56 N 000 51 27 E on Jan 8, 2021, at 08.15 a.m. The vessel anchored outside the Dover TSS to carry out repairs. It was carrying 3000 tons of ferrous metal turnings. The ship resumed its voyage at 5.30 p.m. with an ETA as of Jan 12.

Injection pump trouble in Dover Strait

The 'Laga', en route from Stavanger to Bilbao, suffered a problem with the injection pump of the main engine in position 51 58 30.0N, 002 35 03.6E, 47 miles from Landguard Point on Oct 28, 2019, at 10.40 p.m. The crew stopped the vessel to effect repairs which were completed on Oct 29 at 02.10 a.m. The ship then continued its passage through the south east lane of the TSS in the Dover Strait with an ETA in Bilbao as of Oct 31, 10 p.m.
