Allision with Hunte bridge
Coming from Elsfleth, the "Eiltank 6" allided with a level measuring system at the Hunte bridge in Elsfleth, Wesermarsch, in the morning of Feb 15, 2013, at 7.30 a.m. which was severely damaged in the accident. The water and shipping authority Bremen was still investigating. The tanker proceeded to Bremen and docked at the Industry Port around noon. The damage at the installation was around 50000 Euro. The tank ship suffered damage at the railings and at the port side Navigation light. After it was replaced the ship was allowed to proceed to Bremen.
