Intoxicated master grounded vessel twice
The "Hadeland" ran aground two times, while leaving the port of Riga on Aug 3, 2019, at 8 p.m. The ship refloated by own means after the first grounding only to ran aground for a second time shortly after resuming the voyage. Coast Guard officers found the master to be intoxicated. The ship was moored on the outer anchorage for investigations. After these were completed, it resumed the voyage with an ETA at Immingham as of Aug 7, 5 p.m.
Fire in Koper
On Dec 27, 2015, a fire aboard the "NBP Commander" which was moored in the port of Koper. Two teams of firefighters intervened with a fire truck and tackled the fire.Upload News
