Tanker boarded by robbers

While the 'Iver Ambassador' was anchored in position 18 34 00.0N, 072 32 12.0W, at Echo anchorage, Port Au Prince, Haiti, was boarded by two robbers armed with a gun bon Feb 25, 2020, at 07.07 a.m. The duty crew noticed them, raised alarm and retreated into the accommodation. All crew members were mustered. Seeing the alerted crew, the robbers escaped, with stolen properties from the vessel, in a wooden boat along with another accomplice. The incident was reported to the port control.
