Thu Sep 15 11:03:29 CEST 2011 Timsen

The "Mahogany" saved three of 15 fishermen which went missing after their vessel sank in the West Philippine Sea. The "Antonio 23" was hit by strong waves while in Payaw Artificial Reef on Sep 14, 2011. The captain gave the order to abandon ship after waters began to sink the vessel. Three of the passengers were saved by the passing "Mahogany" near La Monja Island. All of them are residents of Barangay Camaya, Mariveles, Bataan. A search and rescue operation was launched by the authorities for the remaining 15.
