Technical failure in Canakkale Strait

The 'Lucky Brother', while en route from Damietta to Gemlik, suffered a technical failure during the Canakkale Strait passage on March 28, 2020, at 03.30 a.m. The ship proceeded to Karanlik liman anchorage and dropped anchor for repairs by the crew. The vessel remained stationary in pos. 40° 2.39' N 026° 19.04' E on March 29.
