Car carrier saved yacht crew
The "Michigan Highway" rescued all four crewmen of the yacht "Hunter" in the Atlantic Ocean on Nov 13, 2014. Previously, the "Hunter" had sent a distress signal to the Maritime Rescue Coordination Center Delgada (MRCC Delgada) in Portugal, after having a rudder trouble. Upon receiving the rescue request from the MRCC Delgada, the "Michigan Highway" coming from Baltimore immediately headed for the position and successfully rescued all crew of the yacht.
