Engine damage at Antalya

Onn OCt 8, 2019, the 'Patron' suffered a technical failure at Antalya. Subsequently, the vessel's departure permission was cancelled by Harbour Master until completion of repairs. After state surveyors attended on board in order to verify the repair status, the vessel shifted from Antalya inner port to the anchorage where repairs were still being carried out by the crew.

Disabled freighter towed to Rosyth

The "Patron" was disabled on April 19. 2019, around 12.40 a.m. in the Firth of Forth. The ship was en route from Tarragona, where it had sailed on April, 9, to Rosyth. It was taken in tow at 2.15 a.m. by two tugs and berthed at the Rosyth dockyard at 5.20 p.m.

Engine blackout in the Northsea

The "Patron" suffered a complete blackout in the morning of Jan 18, 2019, at 2.40 a.m. en route from Rotterdam to Caen with a crew of eight on board in position 51 27 32 N, 001 56 41 E, 19,32 miles from Margate The vessel was carrying 6.049 tonnes of slag. The Dover Coastguard asked for tug availability. After the problem was resolved, the ship resumed its voyage and arrived at Blainville-sur-Orne in Caen on Jan 19 at 9.20 a.m.
