A multi-purpose tug and offshore support vessel, 'Seaways 20', designed by Robert Allan Ltd of Vancouver, and built by Keppel Singmarine, has been delivered to owner Seaways International of Singapore, The Motorship reports. This is the latest of the Robert Allan RAmpage series of offshore support tugs which were initially conceived to fill a gap in the offshore market for high-performance, multi-functional tugs for towing, anchor-handling and other offshore support duties.
