Lack of mooring lines in Ceuta
When being about to berth in Ceuta in the afternoon of Sep 8, 2021, the 'Tingis' was lacking a couple of mooring lines. The ship which was loaded with dangerous cargo. By chance, a couple of moorings from another company, the Amarres Ceuta, were near berth number two. When they saw that the ship lacked mooring lines on its side, they intervened so as not to cause a greater incidence, and the tanker could be safely berthed.
