The "Lady Anneke" which had allided with the jetty of the old lock of the Kiel Canal in Brunsbüttel on Nov 24 , being underway from Ijmuiden to Riga, sailed from Brunsbüttel on Nov 25 at 11.15 a.m. and was sent to the East Shore Port in Kiel where it berthed at 7.30 p.m. the same day.

Enroute Ijmuiden-Riga the "Lady Anneke" allided with the old lock of the Kiel Canal in Brunsbüttel on Nov 24, 2012, around 9 a.m. The accident may have been caused by dense fog. The ship suffered slight water ingress and moved to the Railway Pilings in the canal port of Brunsbüttel for surveys where it moored at 1.30 p.m.
