27 deficiencies found during two inspections

The "Nabiha Star" was detained in Aliaga on July 2, 2025, with 22 deficiencies, three of which being regarded as seriously and grounds for a detention: 1) Fire safety - Fire detection and alarm system Inoperative 2) Fire safety - Means of escape Not properly maintained 3) ISM - Ism certificate Not as required The vessel was released again on July 4 left the port enroute to Piraeus, Greece. Ship with rudder damage in Piraeus

In the night of April 13, 2021, the Port Authority of Keratsini was informed by the Maritime Traffic Control Centerof the Central Port Authority of Piraeus, that the 'Nabiha Star', enroute Gebze to Sfax with 14 crew members on board, suffered a rudder damage, without requesting assistance. The ship sailed independently to Piraeus and dropped anchor in pos. 37° 55.11' N 023° 32.69' E on April 15 at 11.40 p.m. The ship was banned from sailing until the repair of the damage and the presentation of a certificate of seaworthiness by the attending classification society.
