The 'Rui Yang 8', which had been detained as the result of a Port State Control at Nakhodka on Sep 7, 2022, has been released on Sep 21 after the Singaporean shipowner put in order and received all the necessary documents regarding the working conditions of the crew, including their life insurance and wages. Therefore, the Nakhodka Port State Control violations on board the vessel had been rectified and the vessel was permitted to leave Nakhodka. The ship sailed on Sep 23, next headed to Gwang Yang, Korea, with an ETA as of Sep 26. At 12.50 p.m. the ship moored on Yeosu Anchorage. In Yeosu an inspector of the International Transport Workers' Federation will board and control the signing of a collective agreement with the Singapore Seafarers' Union and the Russian Seafarers' Union.
