Allision in Ijmuiden
The "Noorderhaaks", while approaching Ijmuiden port, allided with a platform on July 12, 2019, at 05.30 a.m. The ship suffered damage to its starboard side foreship above the waterline. It left the port at 6.10 p.m. and headed to Stellendam via Amsterdam, where it berthed at 11.15 p.m. the same day. The trawler left Stellendam after repairs on Aug 2 at 3.30 p.m., headed to Ijmuiden, where it berthed at 8.15 p.m. and sailed towards the fishing grounds again on Aug 5 at 1.50 a.m. Photo: http://www.shipspotting.com/gallery/photo.php?lid=3028555
Allision in wind farm
The "Noorderhaaks - UK 195" was in allision with Windmill No 40 pf the Eneco Princess Amalia wind farm, in pos. 52 34 N 04 15 E, on May 14. 2018, at 07.28 a.m. No injuries reported, but the vessel sustained some damage to its boom and radar and returned to the harbour of Ymuiden. It sailed again the same day. The windmill damage was currently unknown.
