MSCC Bronka set to increase its heavy cargo transshipment capacity
MSCC Bronka (Multipurpose Sea Cargo Complex Bronka, Big Port St. Petersburg) is going to increase permissible load on the berth and its highway approach from 200 t to 500 t, IAA PortNews correspondent cites Miroslav Russkikh, head of the company’s Sales and Marketing Department, as saying at Heavy Russia conference in Moscow. According to him, this target can be achieved through construction of a road connecting the port with Krasnoflotskoye highway. Besides, in QI’2018 Bronka will get the second Liebherr LHM 800 featuring lifting capacity of 308 t.
MSCC Bronka to purchase one more LHM 800 SWL crane of 302 t in capacity
MSCC Bronka (Multipurpose Sea Cargo Complex Bronka, Big Port St. Petersburg) is going to purchase the second LHM 800 SWL crane (302 t) to expand the range of cargo handled at its terminals, especially heavy and long cargo. As MSCC Bronka told IAA PortNews, total capacity of the two cranes will make 500 t. Besides, MSCC Bronka is set expand its fleet of equipment with other equipment. http://en.portnews.ru/news/244091/
MSCC Bronka welcomes first containers of NYK Line
Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha (NYK Line), one of the world's leading transportation companies, has included port MSCC Bronka (Multipurpose Sea Cargo Complex Bronka, Big Port St. Petersburg) in the list of handling terminals at the port of St. Petersburg, says Fenix LLC, operator of MSCC Bronka. The first containers of the line Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha (NYK Line) with imported cargo arrived at port Bronka on 7 July 2017.
