Port Tawfiq receives first tourist ship in 9 years

The governor of Suez, al-Araby al-Sarwy, and security director of Suez, Major General Magdy Abdel Aal, received the Port Berlin ship at Port Tawfiq on Friday. A retained ferry hinders a tourist vessel berthing at Hurghada port

Navigational port sources has declared that the ferry is there since four years and that it threatens the cancelation of big tourist vessels cruises during this season as the port’s berth does not have capacity for other vessels due to the existence of the ferry in the middle of which. Sources also added that other three giant tourist vessels of length 320m have announced their arrival at the port this current week and are waiting for an answer whether they have place on the berth or not.
