Yacht under repair in Bodrum
The 'Blue Night' which suffered an engine failure and stayed at Patras since 15 Sep 2019, and which was taken in tow to Bodrum on Oct 6, has arrived and berthed at the Bodrum Marina repair yard for further repairs and remained stationary at Bodrum as of Nov 15. Permanent repairs were completed by shore based technical teams together with seasonal maintenance as of July 15, 2020.
Disabled yacht towed to Bodrum
After the 'Blue Night' had suffered an engine failure at Patras on Sep 15, 2019, the crew in vain tried to repair the damage. Subsequently, the tug 'Christos VIII' was appointed to tow the vessel to Bodrum. After completion of towage approval formalities, the operation commenced on Oct 6 at 7 a.m. The yacht was moored at Bodrum anchorage on Oct 8 at 8.30 a.m. in pos. 37° 0.69' N 027° 25.48' E.
