Medevac in Vatika Bay

The Port Authority of Neapoli Vion was informed on Oct 28, 2020, at noon that a 57-year-old crew member of the 'Sea Moon', which was enroute from Nkolayev to Malta with an ETA as of OCt 29, needed immediate hospital treatment. A patrol boat was immediately put on standby. The 'Machi' medevaced the 57-year-old in the Vatika Bay and transported him safely to the port of Neapolis Vion, where he was picked up by an ambulance and initially transported to Neapoli Vion Health Center and then to the General Hospital of Molaon for further examinations.

Conveyor loader collapsed into cargo hold

The conveyor loader collapsed into cargo hold No. 2 of the "Sea Moon" while loading fertilizers in bulk at the Ashdod port terminal 12 on May 17, 2018., at 9.45 a.m. The portside coaming of the cargo hold sustained slight damage. The vessel was unable to depart as the loader was within the hold. A floating crane was called to remove the loader on May 18.
