COPERNICUS in operation on the Swinoujscie-Trelleborg connection

Following several months of conversion to adapt the 1995-built ro-pax for the Swinoujscie-Trelleborg route with the installation of 25 new passenger and 15 new crew cabins, the ‘Viamare Class’ COPERNICUS was introduced on Unity Line's Swinoujscie-Trelleborg route earlier in September .

Slightly later than originally scheduled, Unity Line’s latest fleet addition, the 1995-built ro-pax COPERNICUS, will enter service on the Swinoujscie-Trelleborg route in mid-August after undergoing upgrade work in Szczecin. The ferry was expected to enter service in May this year.

During July, Unity Line will increase its capacity on the Trelleborg to Swinoujscie route by adding six departures a week by the newly acquired 1,780-lanemetre COPERNICUS, the former PUGLIA of Moby.
