Vessel attacked by wing side missile
The 'St John', en route from Mogadishu to Jebel Ali, came under attack from a long-range drone of the Houthi terroristson Oct 10, 2024. It was unknown whether the vessel was hit and if so whether any damage was caused. The ship was able to continue the voyage, heading for Oman and currently underway in the Arabian Sea. The Houthi terrorists have claimed responsibility for this attack, calling it a part of its attacks on global shipping associated in some way with the Israelis and their war in Gaza.
